| D. Allan Robertson ("Al") |
Is a graduate of the University of Manitoba receiving his law degree in 1981. Al was in private practice and joined the law firm in 1987 as Managing Partner. Al's easy going manner and straight forward anecdotal explanations provides his clients with an easy understanding of their legal dealings. His interests include billiards, music, electronic gadgets, and basketball. Al has three teenage children and resides in south Winnipeg.

| Jeffrey M. Shypit ("Jeff") |
| Established the firm in 1981 and today, has one of the largest real estate practices in the province. Jeff prides himself on the ability to communicate his extensive expertise in real estate to clients in a simple "non-jargon" way that is easy to understand. He is a lecturer for the Manitoba Real Estate Association's continuing education course on real estate as well as a frequent instructor at various other seminars and forums. Jeff is married with two children and when he is not at the office, he spends his time driving his kids from one activity to another. He also does some work for charities.

| Kyle J. Soble ("Kyle") |
| Has been a lawyer since 1994 after graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He grew up in Thompson, Manitoba and is often heard saying "You think this is cold....!" Kyle has a business/entrepreneurial background and aside from his skills as a lawyer, can offer hands-on business advice to clients. Kyle has a large real estate practice and a network of contacts that can often help smooth out any potential problems. Kyle is known as an extremely friendly, positive person with a wide range of interests and a joke for every occasion.

| David L. Wood ("David") |
| Received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 1985. He practices primarily in the area of real estate, and has one of the largest real estate practices in the City of Winnipeg. David's informal manner is known to put clients at ease while demystifying the legal process of home purchases and sales. David was born and raised in Winnipeg and worked for over a decade for the C.N.R. while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in economics/sociology at the University of Winnipeg. David's interests involve travel, current affairs/politics, skiing and photography. David has two teenage sons, and resides in the Island Lakes area.

| Leandre G. Buisse ("Leandre") |
| Holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor or Social Work from St. Boniface College and the University of Manitoba. He completed his legal studies at the University of Moncton Law School and joined the firm in 1989. Since then, Leandre has developed a general practice focusing mostly in the areas of family law, litigation, wills and estates and contested estates. He provides some selected services in French. Leandre has completed a certificate course in alternative dispute resolution and training in collaborative law (collaborative divorce). He is a member of the Collaborative Family Lawyers and Divorce Professionals Association Inc. Leandre is originally from Saskatchewan, having moved to Winnipeg in 1967. Since then, he has been active in community organizations such as Les Scouts du Canada and La Societe Franco-Manitobain. Leandre also sat as a trustee on the first board of La Division Scolaire Franco-Manitobain, and for five years, served as chairman of the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal.
